Since my retirement from my old job as a transit bus operator, things have been getting better, although we are not totally
unpacked yet. I guess I shouldn't complain too much as we had to sort through 35 years of "stuff", but we're gettin there.
We've since been busily building a small 3 stall barn for our horses. We ran out of room in the little shed type
barn that came with the property. My daughter brought in 3 calves, 4 chickens and a welsh pony. We've also brought in recently,
2 mares and a filly. Both mares are pregnant so things will be hopping next spring and summer.
This is my new aquisition. (one of our two new mares) My wife bought her for me. Her name is "Hawk's Penny".
She's a beauty for sure and is as gentle as a lamb. Can't wait to ride her sometime next year after she foals.
I plan on expanding the business a little as I will have more time. I will be doing some camo work on M14 stocks
again as well as doing some refinish work for sale here on the site and in the PX on the forum.
