Returns......
Returns are limited to exchange only due to manufacturing defects within 14 days of ship date,
as long as it is received in the same condition as it was received and in the original packaging. You must contact us
via e-mail butlermarine@aol.com prior to returning your item for an exchange. Once item is received, it may take up to 5
business days to process your exchange.
Note: If it is a minor installation
problem, please contact us as we may be able to help and/or authorize the modification to the kit prior to sending it
back for an exchange.

Order cancellation......
Cancellation
of an existing order prior to completion/shipping will result in a 20% cancellation fee. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
Once an oeder is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
In the event a shipment is refused and returned to us, it will
be treated as a cancelled order and the 20% cancellation fee will be applied.
